MetronGarage uses BIM Building information modeling Softwares to actually design your new garage in actual scale which allows us to integrate all parts of the structure before it is ever built. This allows us to relay to the client tools in which they can visualize changes they wish to make before wasting time on site based changes. This allows for speed on the job site and the added ability of the client to see their new building in a very realistic fashion.
Fast Assembly: The MetronGarage i-5 Frame System is an HSS high strength tubular steel building system that is a bolt together structure with proprietary hidden connection feature. By utilizing fast bolt together frame connections in place of welding and site derived fastening, the building assembly is super fast with most of our average structures being erected with roofs installed in less than 10 days. Compare this with the weeks and weeks of most other frame or block systems. The i-5 Frame features a premium TGIC powder coated finish with a zinc under primer which means no additional painting on site. This equals speed! the i-3 and Flex frame Systems are meant to be hidden behind the cladding of the building.
Fewer Contractors: Since the i-5 Frame system is a bolt together system and not any site welding is required, this allows to use less skilled labor to perform the installation. Typical carpentry skills are all that are required so that means a lot of the same workmen on site can perform most all tasks required on the building shell. The exterior claddings are a screw on system as well, so the crew that erects the structure can easily be the same crew that performs the remaining functions on the structure. Less contractors means less waiting for alternate labor to perform different roles which means less expense. Multiple contractors not showing up a few days here or a few weeks there, to perform their scope of the project and these delays can add up quickly. Given that most commercial projects are based in a retail or profit endeavor , then this means that every day that the business is not in service, it is not making money and in fact costs are occurring. (i.e. property taxes, insurance and mortgage liability). The longer the business is not in service the more the loss of potential profit!
The Claddings: A fancy word for all the exterior panels that go on your building. At MetronGarage we design and fabricate many exterior treatments that mechanically fasten onto the structure. This means speed! We have Stucco, ACM (aluminum panels), Brick, Stone, Metal panels and more! We offer our cladding systems in panel form, (such as our stucco siding ) so that they install quickly, don't crack like traditional stucco, go up much faster because they do not require multiple layers of material and if a panel is damaged: it can easily be replaced unlike traditional stucco.
