This model features a large scale mono slope roof system with large overhangs that cover the generous balcony areas.

The Process
  • Find the model of building that best suits you
  • Let us put together the option packages that will ensure your building performs as needed
  • We will perform structural engineering on your design as well as complete our drawing set including details of installing your building and components
  • If required by your locality we can provide a Planning Pre Approval Set which includes render images, elevations,dimensions and details of your new garage
  • In most cases depending upon the state / locality we are able to complete the required documents for permit 
  • However in some cases you will need the help of local officials i.e. a civil engineer for locating the structure on your property and or an architect to complete a permitable drawing set combining the Metron drawing set along with their local drawing set
  • We will coordinate with your contractor regarding details of installation as well as the many systems included with your new building
  • We will provide installation guidelines and materials for all the materials that we supply
  • While fabricating your new building in our facility, your builder will be doing the site required items needed for the structure. i.e. footings, concrete slab, drainage, water and electrical installation
  • Your garage structure arrives in approximately 8-10 weeks from placing your order typically right when your builder is finishing up the required site work
  • Your options, cladding materials etc. will ship in staged shipments as you builder erects and installs your new garage​
